3. Prohibited & Restricted Products
The following products may be prohibited or restricted:

- Dangerous or regulated goods without authorization
Major marketplaces increasingly face regulatory scrutiny regarding illegal or unsafe products and seller compliance.
Aliapex reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts violating marketplace rules.
4. Pricing Policies
Sellers must:

5. Inventory & Stock Accuracy

Repeated fulfillment failures may affect seller performance.
6. Order Processing & Shipping
Sellers are expected to process and ship orders within stated handling times. Marketplace discussions and logistics policies often emphasize timely shipment requirements and tracking updates.
Sellers Must:
- Ship orders within processing deadlines
- Upload valid tracking information
- Package items securely
- Use reliable shipping methods
Repeated delays or invalid tracking may result in seller penalties or reduced visibility.
7. Customer Communication
Sellers must communicate professionally with buyers.
Sellers Must Not:
* Harass buyers
* Send spam or unsolicited marketing
* Request off-platform payments
* Attempt to bypass Aliapex systems
Marketplace policies commonly prohibit abusive communication or attempts to move transactions outside the platform.
8. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
Sellers are expected to cooperate with legitimate customer concerns.
Sellers Should:
- Respond to disputes promptly
- Process approved refunds
- Accept eligible returns
- Provide fair resolutions
Failure to respond to disputes may result in automated resolutions or platform intervention in many marketplace systems.
9. Buyer Protection Compliance
Sellers must comply with Aliapex Buyer Protection rules.

Poor seller performance may lead to:
